This site is operated by VAI Private Limited ("VAI Five"), Bengaluru, India. This page explains what personal data we collect through vaifive.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, work email, company and the message you write. Sent to us by email through a transactional email provider and kept in our inbox for as long as the conversation is relevant.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation and advertising features turned off. It records pages viewed, approximate location, device and the events that a form was submitted. No advertising cookies are set.
• Server logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, logs requests for security and performance for a limited period.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
• We do not add you to a newsletter or automated sales sequence.
• We do not use your data to train any model.

Client data in projects

Data you share with us during a project is governed by the agreement for that project. By default it is processed inside your own cloud account or on isolated machines we control, and we do not retain copies after handover.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent. Write to [email protected].
